Payments which are rejected at a later date WILL be vigorously pursued! We are not responsible for any cash you send to us which is lost in the post! Please note that we do not give a full refund on body Jewellery or other Jewellery designed to be retained inside the body (e.g. earrings), for reasons of hygiene. We will give a full refund if the item is faulty. This is in accordance with the UK Sale Of Goods Act (1979) as amended in 1994.
We can try to alter or adapt your jewellery if the size is incorrect. If goods are returned because they are faulty, your shipping costs will be refunded.
On items other than body jewellery, we will issue a refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect unworn condition, and in the original packaging.
NOTE: some customers who have returned items to us have sent back very expensive jewellery by first class mail! For your own protection, please use appropriate postal methods when you return items. Neither First Class mail or Recorded Delivery gives you compensation on jewellery items if that item is lost or broken in the post. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by postal services, and will not be able to refund your purchase unless it is received by us.PRICES
All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change at short notice due to factors beyond our control such as significant changes in the price of precious metals. (This can include prices going down as well as up!)
If we appear to be overpriced on any item, please tell us! We try to keep prices as low as we can but cannot be aware of all competitors prices. We will endeavour to beat other sellers prices where possible; please let us know where you saw the price advertised.
