SHIPPINGAll jewellery on this site is hand-made, therefore goods are sent out up to 21 days after ordering depending on the availability of materials.Shipping is a flat rate of £5.50, and all items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Airsure/International Recorded.
RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on body piercing jewellery due to the nature of the product and hygiene factors. This is in accordance with the UK Sale Of Goods Act (1979) as amended in 1994. We will accept returns on jewellery which is faulty and we can give partial refunds on real gold jewellery. Please inquire further if necessary.
If returning an item, please contact us first, and ensure that all items are returned in original packaging, and send by Recorded or Special Delivery and retain the proof of posting. Thank you.
